    So the theme of tonight's school social is Disney. Naturally, my kids chose to go as Rey and Tron.

    That's probably a pretty good way to define it. They dance, they might have a game of some sort. Kahoot quizes are pretty popular these days. And there is usually a dress-up component with prizes for the best costume. There's never really been the whole "ask someone to go with you as your date" thing to them, either when I was a kid, or now.


    One of my daughter's friends was wanting the theme to be "American Prom" so they could do the whole date aspect. But I'm not sure our Christian school would ever go for that.
