If anyone is interested in doing another annual "Listener Created Episode" for The Spirit Blade Underground Podcast, the best window for it would be the show for July 11th. I will be out of town at a family reunion.
The new Planet Of The Apes movie comes out that weekend, which I will not be able to see, nor will I be at home to edit a review of it into that weekend's show. But time constraints are also forcing me to miss reviewing "Transformers: Age Of Extinction", so a review of that would be a nice fit. (It comes out June 27th.) But alternative nerdy content would be more than welcome.
To put this show together, I would need:
1. An intro/outro person (I can provide my usual script if you like, though you're welcome to do your own thing as long as you mention the name of the podcast and the unusual nature of the episode.)
2. Nerd Topic Content (Review, highlight or celebration of something geeky you're into.)
3. In Search Of Truth (A look at biblical scripture from a geek perspective or a look at geekery from a biblical perspective.)
I need at least one "#2" but can use possibly two or even three depending on length of submissions. (5-10 min length is a good target.)
I also need all of this content no later than Wednesday July 9th.
Any takers?
