I'll mention this on the podcast but thought I'd let you know that I was notified of being released from Jury service, and so I am free to again look at the coming weeks with fresh eyes regarding content creation and my general work schedule. (Whew!!) Looking forward to considering what I can do for you guys in the coming weeks that I didn't dare plan before now!
Also, I saw the Doctor yesterday and he told me my ear-popping was nothing to be alarmed about, just a nuisance(with varying causes that are hard to nail down in each case) that should resolve on its own (which it had been leading up to my appt). He thinks it was likely due to allergens mixed with material blowing over from the California Wildfires, which makes sense. At the tail end of my weight loss endeavor I added a nightly jog, prior to which I had largely been indoors for months.
Anyway, just an update for those of you aware of those two things going on in my life. With those hurdles over with, it's onward and upward to whatever is next! Thanks!
