Narnia 4

Yesterday it was annouced that there will be a 4th Chronicles of Narnia movie but it's going to be the Magicans Nephew instead of The Silver Chair.

Well, I get their reasoning. And I'm guessing "A Horse And His Boy" (my current favorite of the series) won't even be made, so I'm not shocked that they're stepping out of book order at this point.

Booooo! The Silver Chair is my favorite Narnia book. I was hoping they wouldn't skip over it.

Oh well.

Silver Chair and Magician's nephew are a close tie to me. But in any case I'm happy that they're doing magicians nephew...

Horse and his boy would feel really odd because the children aren't really involved at all (except their older selves)
I guess you could say the same thing for the magicians nephew... but HAHB felt like more of a side story (I wish there were more of these)

But I do hope they eventually do the Silver Chair and then the Last Battle

I guess since The Silver Chair is the end of the White Witch's story it would make since to tell how she got to Narnia before that but My thing is the kid who plays Eutice sp might be to old to play the character in The Silver Chair and The Last Battle (my Favorite). But I'd like to see how they do Charn and the Woods Between Worlds I think those two could be amazine sets.
