What are some tips, tricks, and home remedies you've learned to help with the little annoying things.

Here mine

If you can't open the lid to a jar put a rubber band on the lid and twist while wearing a rubber glove and the lid should pop right off. I've done this several times and it has worked every time

Cool topic and crazy idea... that I now have to try!

I don't think I have anything clever to contribute though. Oh wait! Y'know how sometimes it's hard to turn pages. Sometimes I lick my fingers first, and that helps...
