I've bought but haven't played this game yet. I'm not emotionally prepared. I have watched a couple people on youtube play it, one all the way through, and i'm very impressed with what i've seen.
If you haven't heard of it, That Dragon, Cancer isn't so much a game as a kind of interactive story. The story is of writers Ryan and Amy Green's son Joel, who was diagnosed at 12 months with a rare form of cancer and died of it four years later. There are game-like elements to it, but the purpose of it isn't entertainment but sharing an experience.
