Hello from snowy Grove City, Pennsylvania! The snow actually only fell the first day or so, but it was a great treat for this Arizona boy!
What was NOT a treat was the realization this morning that the "cat poop" on the hallway tile was actually a living, leaping frog!!
I was seriously icked out and both Holly and I teamed up to get a pot over the top of it and slowly slide it to the front door, where I created a barricade to help force it outside once we took the pot off.
Holly remarked to our youngest that we should have taken a video of that, which I'm sure you guys would have enjoyed, as we both shuddered and jumped a couple of times. Sorry we didn't think quickly enough.
But there's still "hope"! In general I've run into more "crawly" things in houses here in PA than I do at my home, so odds aren't terrible that we'll have to deal with something else. If we do, I'll try to document the terrible ordeal for your enjoyment.
I thought I'd be missing my PS4 and 360 on this trip, but I brought my DS and Vita along, as well as my PSTV (plays PSP and most Vita games) and PS4 controller. And just before leaving I bought "Elminage Original", a first person, turn based, grid map dungeon crawler. Never really given that genre a good try before but I...Am... LOVING it! Already put over 15 hours into the game between the plane ride and lounging around the house. Might even do a video related to dungeon crawlers and feature some gameplay from it. TONS of fun.
Alright, my laundry timer is ringing so I better go take care of that.
Hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving!
