Super Nintendo Classic is coming

Nintendo just announced a mini version of their Super Nintendo system is coming out in September and will include 21 games including the never before released Star Fox 2.

Anyone going to try and get one?
I was lucky enough to get a NES version before they were discontinued and I might actually try and camp out to get 2 of these one to play and one to sell

My brother said of it on Facebook: "SNES Classic Edition: Yet another Nintendo product that I'll never buy because they won't make it readily available." Another friend said something like, "Try not to screw it up this time." Any chance they'll make enough to meet the demand on this go around?

If I lived in the U.S. and had enough disposable income, I might go for it. I'd be really interested in playing Star Fox 2. I love the Star Fox games (except that weird one, I think it was called Star Fox Adventures).

Is N64 Classic next?

More money for Nintendo(though strangely not as much as they COULD make), more clicks for games media covering the drama, and tons of upset consumers!

What a weird situation. I SOOOO want Nintendo's "E True Hollywood Story" someday. Please, someone make sense of it all!

I'm hearing that Nintendo will be making more of these then they did the NES but it will be limited run. I'm seriously thinking about getting two one to play and one to sell

Just saw the list of games for this yesterday and it's looking really good! Although honestly I already own most of the ones I'd ever want to play again and it would probably be a better investment to get a Switch someday, assuming Nintendo wakes up and get the E-shop for it working with these games available on it. (Of course I'm guessing now that somehow won't be "possible" until after the SNES Classic sells out.)

I think that's a great selection! But this is coming from someone who hasn't played a "real" video game since 2015 (just Google Doodles and computer Solitaire). So kind of like a guy who's only eaten cabbage for a month saying, "McDonald's sounds AMAZING!"

So what do you think will be after this a N64 Classic or a Gameboy Classic?

Ooo, I didn't even think of a Gameboy Classic. That would be sweet. I'd like to play the original Kirby game again. But would it be a handheld or TV console?

Why not both make it portable but have a HDMI port so you can play it on tv

On Nintendo's webpage for the NES Classic it says it's returning in 2018 I just hope Nintendo doesn't do something dumb like having more games then before

My sister and her boyfriend camped out to get me an SNES classic the day it came out now I just need to get better so I can play it

Yeah my sister and I was suppose to go and camp out for it but I ended up checking in to get help instead. So she did it without me. I did suggest postpone getting help for a week but she didn't think that was a good idea. I also preordered the Mario odyssey switch bundle so when I get home I'll be having some Nintendo fun

Cool! I will be wrangling my boys to do their homework and eat, so I don't know how active I will be in the chat. But I should be able to watch!

It probably wont be that long of stream just a brief talk about my history with the system the actually unboxing and then a short time checking it out

well that sucks my computer crashed during the stream plus it was very laggy need to work on that
