Started my Backlog Burn on July 12th and so far so good. I think I cheated a little bit though. I bought a new game that came out on the 11th and ordered a board game the week before that arrived after my burn had started, which felt kinda like buying something new.
Making big purchases hasn't been hard to avoid. It's the little things like Redbox rentals or consciously choosing NOT to see what the weekly sales are on the Playstation Store or gog.com. I kinda hate not knowing what I might be missing.
Okay! Time to busy my mind with something else!
