    Wow, that's really interesting! Is there some kind of circular blur going on in the photo? Some of the lights/galaxies seem stretched.

    Yeah I've been wondering about this. I read that it took a day to take this picture. I don't know if that means they were literally exposing it all that time, or much of that was processing the data into something visual. But I suspect the blur is created by movement of objects in the sky over the time the image was exposed.
