Cleverman on Netflix

If anyone is looking for a series to start watching, I recommend Cleverman. I stumbled across this series on Netflix and I'm glad I'm watching it.

It's an Australian sci-fi/supernatural program (programme?) that tackles some great themes and ideas.

Cleverman is unlike any other TV miniseries you've seen before. The gritty Australian production uses a sci-fi backdrop to test notions of racial identity and integration with a twist of supernatural terror. -Boston Herald

I looked it up. Two seasons, six episodes each? That sounds pretty good! Not much room for filler. I'll have to give it a look.

I saw the first couple of episodes before they expired on our local "catch-up TV" service. It got me intrigued.
I did a little research and the concept of the "hairy people" is based on actual Aboriginal legends.
