Rewards For "Blade Runners"

Hey Bladers,

Pretty soon I'll be announcing a new way to get involved as part of a "street team" that you guys helped me name called the "Blade Runners". (Thanks again for helping out with that, everybody!)

What I'm interested in hearing from you guys is what kinds of rewards you might like to have up for grabs for those who participate in a "Mission". (Missions will usually be simple and not very time consuming, like writing a brief review or starting up a conversation on a forum.)

So far, I've come up with:

CD's at cost
advance and/or exclusive behind the scenes content
live chat events
"walk-on" role in future SBP audio drama
special acknowledgment in future project credits
Archive Disc Content
Free Download From the Online Store

Any other ideas come to mind that would coax you into involvement?

I like the idea of having a printed credit (on the interior card of CDs or in the ID3 tag of a download) in related projects as part of the "Promotional Team" or "Blade Runners" or some such. I think that would be very cool.

Also, I'd like to see customized forum titles as part of the deal, either individually chosen, or as a group thing. That might be neat. For instance, Paeter is described as "admin" under his handle. I am regrettably without title. I think I might like to be described as "Atomic Overlord"......

Since involvement is on a case by case basis (it's not a "club", exactly), maybe we could come up with different titles that represent how many "missions" a person has completed. "Ranks" of Blade Runners?

There is a point system built into the forum we might be able to take advantage of.

However it's more like...

every time you post in such and such forum you get +1 points...

And then they just keep adding up.

i agree with free digital downloads and ranks.

The ranks would definitely work. And I like Paeter's ideas, too.

The "Blade Runners" street team is for promoting the various projects and activities of Spirit Blade Productions. Sometimes it will be about the products in the store, sometime about the podcast, or the forums, or The Spirit Blade Underground Alliance, etc.

Basically you just subscribe to our newsletter and respond to Blade Runner mission calls when they go out. Every time you complete a mission, you get a reward!
