Re: Podcast
Oh Lord, I'm gonna have to save this one until I get home from work. I listen to way to many...ah, what the heck, we'll give it a try.
Okay I listen to Joystiq's XBox 360 Fancast, Dragon Page Cover to Cover, waaaay behind on Slice of Scifi, Mur Lafferty's I Should Be Writing, Scott Sigler's Podcast, JC Hutchins' Podcast, The Bungie Studios Podcast, The Butcher Block Podcast, The Bethany World Prayer Center Podcast [the sermons for a large church in Baton Rogue where i used to go in college.], the Generation Church Podcast, the This American Life Podcast, the Hometown Tales Podcast, The Books and Ideas Podcast, Until recently the Seanachai Podcast [it sadly ended], the DragonHearth Podcast, The Radio-Lab Podcast, The Word Nerds Podcast, The Winkie Pratney Weekly Podcast, the Ask A Ninja Vidcast, and of Course The Feedback: A Hero's Calling Podcast and Sister Podcast, the Beta Flight Podcast.
Now, I know I'm missing something...
I cannot for the life of me remember what other podcasts I listen too on a regular basis...
Oh well...
...oh wait, I know...THE BEST PODCAST IN EXISTANCE...
THE SPIRIT BLADE UNDERGROUND PODCAST [and the crowd goes wild]
and thats it for the most part...

Re: Podcast
In no particular order (and I'm sure I'll miss some):
PID Radio and a View From The Bunker,
FutureQuake
NPR: Wait Wait Don't Tell Me
NPR: Splendid Table (sometimes)
The Weekly ForceCast (though I usually only listen to their roundtable episodes)
The Gateworld Podcast (about Stargate)
Are You Just Watching (Christian movie reviews and analysis)
Those are the ones that I almost always listen to...
I just started listening to The DriveCast and the Skeptoid podcast to see if I like them.
There's one called NTPod about the New Testament that I've listened to a few episodes of...
I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch that are in my feeds, but I'm at work, so I can't check.
ETA:
I forgot the two podcasts my wife is on!
Massively Speaking and GuildCast!
ETA:
I forgot The Sword and Laser podcast - that's a good one.
The Maximum PC No BS Podcast (good stuff, too bad they're so foul.)
Dragonlance Canticle (whenever they update).

All kinds of stuff. They usually pick a stupid topic like "Why do we sleep?" and they look into it and find out that nobody really knows why... and then it just keeps going on from there. The podcast has the best production quality I have ever heard. It's Radio Documentary at it's best! They only have 5 star ratings on iTunes too

Re: Podcast
I like this thread too. I have come across a few new to me podcasts I'm gonna check out. But for those people 'like me' that are a little bit new to the podcast scene, links would be awesome. I have to say that Paeter's Spiritblade is the first podcast I ever started listening to. I listen on a regular basis, but until recently I didn't know how to use the rss feed gathering programs. If I wanted to hear a podcast I just went to the site and downloaded it manually. (I use an mp3 player, I'm not sure about the ipod and iphone methods.) I now use FeedDemon to gather my podcasts and I've become addicted because I can download them all and move them to my mp3 player to listen to at work. I'm there for 12 hours a nite and have no internet access so these podcasts help me pass times. Most of the podcasts I've found on Podcast alley. The others that you all have mentioned that I wanted to hear, I Googled.
I listen to:
Spiritblade
The Leviathan Chronicles: Just Started
Originz
The BizarreBazaar
Mysteries Abound
The Audacity to Podcast: (Good job to The Roman Noodle!)
JesusGeek, The Wired Homeschool, and The Social Giving Podcast: (Good job to John Wilkerson)
The Writing Show

Some of their episodes are hit and miss, but you are right...some of the best produced audio out there. I got hooked on it from their segments on This American Life, which is also probably one of the best show out there.
