I'm currently at 209 and at 20% Bodyfat (one more present and i'll no longer be considered overweight)
So that's 31 lbs lost since January and down over 10% bodyfat
9 lbs from next goal and 29 lbs away from my ultimate goal

Way to go Rickster! Intermittent fasting works very well and is very healthy.
