Chameleons 1989 TV Movie

Okay, here's a blast from my past! Never thought I'd see this movie again! It's a failed pilot for a superhero TV show that I used to have recorded off TV and watched over and over again. (Can you believe there was a time we were starving for superhero movies and shows?)

The opening scene is STILL largely what I imagine scenes with the Sheidan Council look like in my Spirit Blade Trilogy.
