    Before I forget, I'm leaving town on Saturday and will be out of my office until December 1st.

    I hope you Americans have a great thanksgiving and you overseas folks enjoy ramping up for Christmas. I am so thankful for this community and what each of you do to love and support each other and create an atmosphere of grace here. It is SUCH a pleasure and privilege to spend time on these forums with you. Thank you so much for that.
