Apparently, the banana challenge, the Saltine cracker challenge, and the no-cry challenge are safe enough.

The hot pepper challenge and the pepper stepper challenge...well, I'd never try them.

The fire challenge, the cinnamon challenge, and the condom challenge could send you to the hospital or kill you, so stay away from those.

The salt and ice challenge and the eraser challenge will hurt you quite a bit.

The banana-Sprite challenge and the milk challenge will probably make you sick.

The cold water challenge could give you hypothermia.

And the ice bucket challenge is just a waste of water for a charity that personally find shady.

Rather than do a silly challenge how about a real one? You could document your progress in the 100 push-ups challenge or the 200 sit-ups challenge.

Info on both can be found here:

    http://twohundredsitups.com/

I completed the 100 push-ups once and was primed to do it a second time before I injured my shoulder 2 years ago.

That's even better. Do one of these.

And then do the no-cry challenge while doing push-ups! Best of both worlds!

What's a "no cry" challenge? I'd be no good at that.

You have to watch the 19 videos on this playlist without crying: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9BD5E9DCFC492580

According to the description, if you don't lose, you're heartless.

Oh geez. Not for me. Or maybe I should bookmark that playlist for a day when I'm just... too darn happy?
