Some of the comments I've gotten on this trailer reaction are, uh, interesting.

That facepalm you're doing in the thumbnail there…that's how I felt when I read the comments just now.

Yeah. Paeter's patience and compassion for people who leave whacked-out comments on his videos is truly a gift from God. I just can't engage with people like that.

Lol! Well, it helps that they are not sitting across from me and I can take any time I need to settle myself and think! Sometimes comments like that trigger an audible "wow" from me. Then a head shake. Then another "wooooooow..." And there are certainly plenty I skip responding to because I can tell it just wouldn't go anywhere good with them.

Wow. So I had assumed from your post that the comments would be aggressive atheists mocking your faith and making fun of Christian films.

I am very saddened to see that they are all "christians"

This sounds about right given your experience with the comments. People are generally kind and thoughtful in the comments they leave. But my audience is mostly Christians. So I almost get kinda happy when I find multiple nasty or abrasive comments in my unread comments section because it usually ends up being people outside my normal audience of Christians. Of course, unfortunately, you're getting comments from Christians that are acting more like those living apart from God. And man, those I often find much harder and sadder to read than the odd angry atheist.
