I don’t know about more music and FX; they’re pretty integral to every production we do! However, yes, the third series of Stargate will have more of a full-cast feel. We’ve got Michael Shanks and Claudia Black appearing in every story, we’ve got Cliff Simon back as Ba’al and we’ve got a wealth of other actors playing the other roles. So hopefully it should have quite a different feel to what’s happened previously.

think there are some fantastic performances in the first couple of series; the beauty of actors is they can do such a great job creating a whole cast of people just on their own; I still love Michael Shanks as Don S Davis in the first story.

The ETA depends on when we can get Michael Shanks into a recording studio. We’ve got Claudia and Cliff already recorded; once we have Michael’s stuff we’ll have a good idea when it’ll be finished by. I’m hoping it’ll be coming out before year’s end, certainly.

I’d love to get Amanda and Ben in; Amanda’s schedule is manic due to Sanctuary (and wanting to spend time with her family outside that), so she’s tricky to get hold of. But if it can be done at some point (and the same is true of Ben), I’d be delighted to have either/both of them.

There’s a very simple reason for the Stargate theme missing: budget. It was going to cost a lot of money to use it, so we elected not to. We will have a brand new theme on the next series though.

And no bother at all! I am here to answer questions... :-)
